Collection 01: Tall Faces
I created my first collection early 2022, called Tall Faces. These drawings have been an ongoing exercise for more than thirty years. After many versions I finally decided to add motion to them. And it had to be in the same atmosphere as the drawings themselves, minimal but strong. So this collection was born.
Tall Faces is a collection of colorised animations of faces in three groups. They all share a sour and sweet look which either stares you in the face or into the distance. You feel why.
